XB Net expands horseracing content
The provider of North American horseracing content has added harness racing to its portfolio.
US.- XB Net, a provider of North American horseracing content, has expanded its portfolio with the addition of harness racing. It will include content through a deal with New York’s Yonkers Raceway, which hosts events such as the Yonkers Trot, the Art Rooney Pace and the Messenger Stakes.
The deal continues the cooperation between the horseracing content provider and the New York Racing Association’s (NYRA) content management solutions subsidiary (NCMS). They will share content rights, data, odds and signals from a host of horseracing venues.
XB Net works with wagering companies such as Flutter Entertainment, William Hill, Playtech, and Entain to provide bettors with horseracing content and live odds.
XB Net SVP International Simon Fraser said: “We’re delighted to be offering our partners more high-quality racing action from another fabled New York venue in Yonkers Raceway. It has a loyal and active following, and provides an exciting area into which some can broaden and diversify their content timetables.
“Wherever you set your scene on the map, securing the right content at peak leisure times remains of paramount importance. XB Net’s wide range of low-latency racing solutions, racetracks and varied codes of racing is continuing to deliver the requisite flexibility that international operators demand.”
In September, Codere reached a deal with XB Net covering live pictures, data and betting services from 60 North American racetracks. The content is available for both its retail and online channels as it aims to diversify its horse racing markets to improve customer acquisition and retention and gain new revenue.
