William Hill and NYX join forces for OpenBet’s bid

The English bookmaker and the American digital gaming supplier are after the sportsbook and gaming software company.

UK.- According to the Telegraph, William Hill will be financing NYX Gaming Group to bid for OpenBet.  Both companies set the amount for the bid around £300 million (US$434.9m.)

OpenBet is an English sportsbook and gaming software company. It was acquired by Vitruvian Partners, a European private equity firm, which opted to back a £208 million (US$300m) management buy-out of the company, 5 years ago. Now the firm has announced OpenBet is on the market again.
