USFL joins AGA “Have a Game Plan. Bet Responsibly” campaign

The league has joined the association´s responsible gambling initiative.

US.- The United States Football League (USFL) has become the latest organisation to join the American Gaming Association’s (AGA) “Have a Game Plan. Bet Responsibly” campaign. The new league, which will feature eight teams on launch on April 16, will hold its inaugural season held in Alabama.

Edward Hartman, EVP of business operations, USFL, said: “We’re proud to partner with the AGA to help drive the important message to bet responsibly. As sports wagering expands nationwide, the USFL is committed to help educate our fans so they can better enjoy the experience.”

Casey Clark, senior VP, AGA, added: “Responsible gaming leadership, from professional sports leagues like the USFL, is critical to getting sports betting right. We’re thrilled to welcome the USFL as a partner and value its commitment to prioritising responsible sports wagering education for its fans.”

Launched in 2019, the AGA’s Have A Game Plan campaign promotes four responsible gaming principles: setting a budget and sticking to it, keeping betting social, knowing the odds, and playing with trusted, regulated operators.

Recently, Madison Square Garden Sports (MSG Sports) and Madison Square Garden Entertainment (MSG Entertainment) joined the ´s initiative.
