Scientific Games makes important changes in top management
CEO Gavin Isaac’s contract extended and CFO Scott Schweinfurthon retires
US.- The changes in both positions have been confirmed by the online and land gambling supplier. Isaac has overseen the acquisitions of Bally Technologies, WMS Gaming and SHL, successfully integrating their operations, so the one year extension of his contract is a vote of confidence. Scientific Games’ board of directors paid tribute to Isaacs for achieving “key business objectives, including integration milestones.”
On the other hand, Scott Schweinfurth’s retirement officially starts by the end of the month as announced by the executive vice president, chief financial officer and corporate secretary of Scientific Games Corporation. Schweinfurth will assist the company in the transition process whilst SG is in the search for a successor with the aid of an independent head hunter company.
