According to the Scarlet Pearl, more than 90 per cent of staff has already received at least one dose of a vaccine.

Scarlet Pearl Casino opened in 2015 and employs 1,200 people. The casino includes 1,300 slot machines and 36-hole miniature golf.

In July, some casinos in Mississippi returned to mandating face masks while working indoors. The decision followed a recommendation from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and guidance from Mississippi state health officials.
