NorthStar Gaming names Chin Dhushenthen as interim CFO
Dhushenthen will replace Jennifer Barber.
Canada.- The Ontario-based online casino and sportsbook operator NorthStar Gaming Holdings has announced that chief financial officer Jennifer Barber will leave the company on December 1 to pursue other opportunities. Chin Dhushenthen, currently the vice president of finance and compliance, will assume the role of interim CFO.
Dhushenthen is a chartered professional accountant with more than 25 years of executive experience in finance, compliance, risk management and technology. Since joining NorthStar in 2021, Dhushenthen has led the development of the compliance and regulatory reporting functions and has been involved in the financial reporting process. Previously, Dhushenthen spent 13 years in financial leadership roles at Capreit. He also worked at Hydrogenics Corporation, Azerty United Canada and The Hunter Group.

NorthStar Gaming recently announced that its online casino and sportsbook NorthStar Bets will be available across Canada. The gaming platform debuted in Ontario in May 2022. The operator has also begun a promotional campaign across national advertising, social media and events under the slogan “That’s a Win”.
