NJ’s online gaming smashes revenue record

The online gaming market in New Jersey broke its revenue record for the third consecutive month.

US.- The New Jersey regulated online gambling market has set a new gross revenue record of US$25.5 million in March, US$3.56 million more than what it had posted during February. The figures mark the third consecutive record-breaking month, and the market shows no signs of slowing down.

For the 19th straight month, Golden Nugget was again the market leading licence holder. The company raked in US$8.6 million with brands such as Golden Nugget Online Casino, Sugar House Online Casino and Betfair.

“Golden Nugget continues to impress us with its growth. We believe that a strong winter in terms of acquiring new players will benefit operators well after the cold weather turns. Providing sustainable increased revenues throughout Q2 and Q3 for NJ casino operators,” said BonusSeeker.com Casino Editor, Anirudh Vashishth.

Resorts Casino also posted its strongest month to date as it generated over US$4.2 million. Despite being its strongest month, Resorts Casino was the last in the list, as Caesars and Borgata also had their strongest performance with US$4.4 million and US$4.5 million respectively.
