Mississippi sports betting revenue down 9.4% in July
The state collected a total handle of $30.7m, the lowest monthly total since a year ago.
US.- Mississippi´s sports betting revenue fell to $2.9m in July, a drop of 9.4 per cent from $3.2m in June. However, the number was up 123.1 per cent year-on-year
The state collected a total handle of $30.7m. in July, the lowest monthly total since the same month last year and a drop of 28.9 per cent from $4.3m in June.
Coastal casinos were the main source of revenue, generating $1.34m, ahead of central casinos at $1.28m. The remaining $272,324 came from Mississippi´s northern casinos.
