Merkur Gaming’s TECH TREFFEN is a success
The company’s information and product seminar for technical staff has been a huge success.
Mexico.- Merkur Gaming’s TECH TREFFEN 2018 has been a huge success, recently visiting Mexico, Colombia and culminating in a ‘sold out’ presentation in Peru. The, thus far, Merkur Gaming bi-annual Tech Treffen (information and product seminar for operator’s technical staff) has been such a tremendous success that plans are being discussed to perhaps make the event an annual happening.
Presented most ably for the entire tour by Ricardo Espinosa, Product Manager of Merkur Gaming Mexico, all three of the Tech Treffen events were designed to build and further enhance customer loyalty by reducing operators’ machine down time and thus costs by solvingeasily fixed technical issues through greater and more in-depth technical knowledge of Merkur products on site. Working on his home ground, in Mexico City, Ricardo Espinosa was supported by attending members of the Merkur Gaming Americas team as he led the full house of delegates through a wide selection of technical topics. Himself a skilled technician, Ricardo gave his audience a whole host of hands-on technical tips that were universally agreed to be both practical and efficient fixes for commonly faced service issues. It was not all work, however, as delegates at each of the Tech Treffen events had the chance to win valuable prizes, such as top line tablets, and every attendee was presented with a Certificate of Achievement at the end of the events.
From Mexico, Tech Treffen moved on to Bogota, Colombia, where the event was held at the Camara de Comercio and with Rudy Borgato – the commercial manager of CPI – joining as a special guest presenter. The day was agreed to be a big success, mainly because of the high level of interaction between the attendees and the presenters. There was also a great deal of practical experience, where the attendees were able to apply their knew knowledge ‘live’ andin real time. Once again, all participants were awarded commemorative Certificates and four lucky prize winners also took away prizes in the form of electronic tablets.
The final stop on the Tech Treffen whistle stop tour was held on November 19th at the Crowne Plaza in Lima and it too had a full house, with some 60 delegates in attendance. Once again the highlight of the day was the interaction between delegates and the Merkur Gaming team, with a lot of practical tuition and advice on offer.
So, to sum up Merkur Gaming Americas 2018 round of Tech Treffen events, success across the board and a delegate experience that was well received and enjoyed by all. Most importantly, the events further enhanced Merkur Gaming’s reputation as a company thatconsistently provides top drawer after sales service and technical assistance either on site or remotely at all times.
Congratulations go to Ricardo Espinosa for his well-played role as presenter-in-chief and also to all of the team members in the different countries that backed him up with excellent supportthroughout. Merkur Gaming’s Tech Treffen is now an established event that will certainly be ‘on the road again’ in the future. Specifically when remains to be seen but discussions have already started.
