Grover Gaming is the first manufacturer to receive certification for an electronic pull-tab cabinet product in the state.

US.- Grover Gaming has announced that it is the first manufacturer to receive certification for an electronic pull-tab cabinet product in Kentucky.  The certification allows the manufacturer company to begin placing the cabinets in the state.

Grover Gaming will offer its certified electronic pull-tab cabinet products through its licensed distributor G2 Gaming. Compliance tests were conducted on Grover’s Nitro 43” cabinet by Eclipse Compliance Testing of Solon, Ohio.

Fixed-base electronic pull-tab devices recently became legal in Kentucky through the passing of legislation 820 KAR 1:032.

Last year, Grover Gaming received endorsement for an Ohio bingo manufacturer’s licence.

Grover Gaming develops software and games for lotteries and charitable gaming jurisdictions. It is licensed in the US states of Ohio, New Hampshire, Kentucky, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Washington, Louisiana, and Virginia. In Canada, it is licenced in Ontario.

Kentucky introduces sports betting and online poker bill

After four years in a row with sports betting legislation failing to make it through in Kentucky, state lawmakers are making a new attempt. Representatives Derrick Graham, Cherlynn Stevenson and Rachel Roberts have sponsored House Bill 106.

If passed, the bill would add 26 amendments to the current law and enact 13 new sections related to online sports, poker and fantasy sports. The bill sits before the House Committee on Committees.
