Groupe FDJ continues to score high on gender equality
The French gambling operator Groupe FDJ is the most female-inclusive company on the Paris Euronext Exchange’s SBF120.
France.- Groupe FDJ is the fourth most female-inclusive company listed on the Paris Euronext Exchange’s Société des Bourses Françaises 120 Index (SBF120). It’s maintained its 100 per cent score on gender equality across all management levels.
France’s Ministry for Equality and Diversity requires the SBF-120 to complete an annual evaluation of listed companies’ equal opportunities. In this, the eighth edition of the female opportunities ranking, Groupe FDJ was praised for its awareness of equality issues and for being proactive when it comes to correcting gender pay gaps.
The gaming companies HR and talent development units were praised for carrying out comprehensive reviews of corporate policies to promote professional gender equality between women and men. FDJ has 42 per cent women in management positions, and 43 per cent on its board of governance.
Groupe FDJ CEO Stéphane Pallez said: “This ranking shows how much the FDJ group is a committed player in the field of equality between women and men.
“It confirms our desire to implement an ambitious human resources policy to serve the performance of the company, but also the quality of life at work for all Group employees.”
