Mobile sportsbook launch for FanDuel in Pennsylvania
The Pennsylvania sportsbook from FanDuel has been launched in partnership with Boyd Gaming and the Valley Forge Casino Resort.
US.- FanDuel has announced that it has expanded its presence in the sports betting market from the United States. This time, FanDuel has launched its sportsbook app in Pennsylvania, along with Boyd Gaming and the Valley Forge Casino Resort.
As part of the launch, the operator has boosted marketing campaigns through TV, digital and radio ads. As FanDuel said, the app is available both on iOS and Android platforms with in-play betting and payout options.
Pennsylvania is now the second state where FanDuel operates online and mobile sports betting, after New Jersey. The company said that it will take into account its experience in New Jersey to work on its customer experience in Pennsylvania.
The New York sportsbook launch
Earlier this month, Tioga Downs Casino Resort in Nichols opened its FanDuel Sportsbook. The opening marked the first one for FanDuel in New York State. Tioga Downs’ sports betting retail location is one of four upstate New York casinos allowed to offer sports betting in the state of New York.
The FanDuel Sportsbook features eight betting windows, 27 video displays including a large video wall. It also includes 14 self-service betting kiosks, three sports tickers, 12 lounge seats and seven high tables. Moreover, it offers two drink rails, and seating for more than 50 customers. The FanDuel Sportsbook allows bets on all major US sports, including professional baseball, soccer, football, basketball, golf, boxing and more.
