Caesars named among ‘America’s Most Responsible Companies’

The gaming giant came 104th in the list overall and 1st in the Entertainment, Leisure and Dining category.

US.- Caesars Entertainment has been named as one of the US’s most responsible companies.

Newsweek and Statista’s America’s Most Responsible Companies list for 2021 placed Caesars at 104th on a list of 399 companies.

The company was ranked 1st in the Entertainment, Leisure and Dining category, receiving a score of 79.7 out of 100 on its overall responsibility efforts.

Tom Reeg, CEO at Caesars, said in a statement that the company is committed to “not just to guests, partners, and the environment, but to each other and to the communities in which we live and work.”

He said: “It’s through the steadfast work, compassion, and generosity of dedicated Caesars Team Members that we can make a positive impact that continues to grow each year.”

In November last year, Caesars put aside $67m for its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, ‘People Planet Play’.

Meanwhile, the gaming industry continues to struggle amid the Covid-19 pandemic. In New Jersey, Caesars Entertainment’s revenues from Harrah’s revenues slid the most compared with other properties in the state.
