The new advertising campaign is called ‘The King of Sportsbooks’ and will feature across traditional and social media.
US.- BetMGM has signed up musician and actor Jamie Foxx for a new marketing campaign.
A video promo of the campaign is to be released in the coming weeks and is rumoured to feature Foxx levitating outside of Bellagio casino in Las Vegas.
The campaign, which will run across traditional and social media, is dubbed ‘The King of Sportsbooks’, implying that BetMGM is the best sportsbook on the market.
BetMGM’s chief marketing executive, Matt Prevost, said “The King of Sportsbooks campaign is the next step in the evolution of the BetMGM brand and Jamie brings a unique ability to tell our story in an incredibly creative and entertaining way.”
BetMGM, which came to the market two years ago, is a joint venture between US casino operator MGM Resorts and UK-based sports betting and gambling company GVC Holdings.
The platform currently operates across five states: Colorado, Indiana, Nevada, New Jersey and West Virginia.
Earlier this month, the company became the Detroit Lions’ first official betting partner, giving BetMGM access to team programming, digital marketing assets, and in-stadium promotions and signage.
