Unibet presents a unique feature for its sports betting app

Unibet offers an online casino and mobile application with over 200 gaming titles.

Malta.- Unibet announced the addition of a speech-enable option to the mobile sports betting application. Players on mobile devises will access to set the wager by talking to the intelligent interactive feature.

“The internet made it convenient for people to place a bet, but it wasn’t always as easy as walking into a shop and simply asking for a wager; all that is set to change thanks to Unibet and Teneo,” described Lawrence Flynn, chief executive of Artificial Solutions, Unibet’s partner.

The gaming brand worked with Artificial Solutions, the developer of Teneo, the feature that revolutionises the international market. The tool allows players to say the option of the bets, whilst the application organises them and sends them to operators. Teneo is based on Artificial Solutions’ Natual Language Interaction and notifies the customers once the wager is placed.

“As speech enabled apps become more commonplace, people expect interactions to be intelligent, fast and responsive. Using Teneo has enabled us to deliver not just the application our customers want, but provided us with the insight to build on that conversation too,” commented Will Mace, Unibet’s head of strategic development.
