UK safer gambling groups launch #TalkBanStop campaign
Three British safer gambling charities have launched the campaign to promote tools supported by the National Gambling Treatment Service
UK.- Three safer gambling charities, GamCare, GamBan and GAMSTOP, have teamed up to launch a new campaign #TalkBanStop, to promote their tools and services together for the first time.
The three bodies aim to promote the different tools backed by the National Gambling Treatment Service as “vital layers of protection” for anyone struggling to control their gambling.
The campaign is split into three segments. The #Talk element promotes GamCare’s 24/7 free phone service, offering vulnerable players direct access with trained gambling harm advisers.
Meanwhile, #Ban promotes Gamban’s blocking software, which users can download across digital devices to stop access to all online gambling websites.
The #Stop element raises awareness of GAMSTOP’s self-exclusion programme.
