TransAct shares its plan to face Coronavirus breakdown

TransAct released today a response plan to face COVID-19 crisis around the world.

US.- “Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our employees and the community, and we know many organizations feel the same. In response to the continually developing COVID-19 crisis, we’re seeing companies all over the world take various steps to help protect their employees. The wellbeing of our employees is paramount, so we have implemented a process that enables our employees to work from home.

“While this shift to work remotely may not be a major transition for some organizations, we recognize that for others, staying secure and productive during this critical time can be a challenge.

“In the case of government lockdowns, we would like you to be aware that TransAct has reviewed our daily operations and made the necessary technology advancement to enforce a work from home strategy.

“All departments that are able to work from home will do so with all the technology needed to keep that department operational. TransAct will remain open through a working from home process to ensure we handle every customer’s needs. We have plenty of inventory to support your business, should you need product. Our technical services team is also available should you use this most uncertain time to do support and maintenance.

“Rest assured that our company is still and will be operational during these difficult times. For more information, you may checkout our TransAct’s COVID-19 Response Plan site.

“There are many unknowns ahead, but we want you to know that we are here to help however we can. We are confident that we will overcome this stronger than ever. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything more we can do.”
