“We take G2E very seriously”
(Exclusive interview).- Albert Radman, Sales Director of Alfastreet, talked with Focus Gaming News about Alfastreet’s experience at G2E Las Vegas.
Alfastreet has proven once again its leadership in Las Vegas with its exclusive performance during the American event of the year for the gaming industry, Global Gaming Expo 2017. Albert Radman, Sales Director of Alfastreet, has spoken with Focus Gaming News about the experience.
Exhibitions are always important to showcase products and interact with customers. How important was this year’s edition of G2E for Alfastreet?
This year’s G2E was equally important for Alfastreet as it serves as an excellent presentation point for all the US based operators, with additions of Latina America customers.
That’s why we take this show very seriously and although there are many challenges and considerable expenses related to this exhibition, we choose to be here and to make sure we hold our place on the gaming manufacturers map.
Before the show you announced that the single terminal range would be expanded by the new Felix T single terminal, how did the public receive this innovation?
Felix T is actually a new product that’s replacing our famous SL terminal. This terminal is compact and durable, with huge 27′ display and several innovations that make this product a part of the next generation product range.
The acceptance was as expected, positive and optimistic. It’s very hard to give any reliable assessment based on the initial discussion during the show, yet we’re confident and motivated to make this product a new highlight of our portfolio.

All of your machines at the show were presented in a new color scheme. Was that initiative set to further improve the customer experience? What was the feedback from the public?
The new colour scheme serves for the purpose of further rejuvenation of our existing product line. At Alfastreet, we always try to keep thing interesting, that’s how our design changes over the years and also, we can observe our colour ‘phases’ over regular intervals in the past years. The public feedback is never a surprise. Let’s compare it to a pretty woman. If the woman is pretty, does it matter what the colour of her hair is?
Your booth at G2E Las Vegas gave attendees the chance to try and test the new Multitouch roulette table. Has G2E set the path for further developments?
Our Multitouch roulette was developed based on our specific market research and is perfect for operation like the ones in US. This product is carefully designed to mimic the actual live roulette table and it adds extra excitement with the unique feathers and solutions.
All of our products are usually ‘meant’ for specific area or a specific type of a player and during the course of past years, we’ve always been able to figure out this recipe and fulfill the additional demand that we were able to detect.
How are you preparing for the rest of the year? What are the company’s plans for 2017?
The rest of our year is filled with products and orders. Unfortunately, we were caught by surprise this year and we’re unable to fulfill all of our orders. We had to reconstruct our expansion strategy and we made plans for additional production facilities. Our products are selling like ‘hot cake’ and we’re already booked for another 6 months in advance. This makes us even more motivated to improve even more and remain a most serious competitor to companies much larger than Alfastreet.
