Sycuan Casino Resort signs deal with San Diego Padres pitcher Joe Musgrove
Musgrove will participate in Sycuan Casino’s upcoming marketing campaigns.
US.- Sycuan Casino Resort in San Diego has announced that it has signed a one-year endorsement deal with San Diego Padres pitcher Joe Musgrove. The player will be part of Sycuan Casino’s marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media content. He will also make exclusive casino appearances.
Rob Cinelli, general manager at Sycuan Casino Resort, said: “We are thrilled to have the support of starting pitcher Joe Musgrove as our first MLB ambassador. We knew he was the perfect fit for our brand because much like Sycuan, Joe has very strong ties to the local San Diego community. Joe grew up playing baseball not too far from the Sycuan Reservation and is now back in his hometown making Padres history.
“We are honored to have Joe as part of the Sycuan family and look forward to being able to offer our guests exclusive experiences through this new partnership.”
Musgrove commented: “I am very excited for my new partnership with Sycuan Casino Resort. Not only has Sycuan been a longtime supporter of the San Diego Padres, but they truly embody Padres baseball at their resort with their exclusive Padres Club Sycuan card and an official Padres hotel suite not offered anywhere else.
“Being from San Diego myself, it’s really cool to be able to represent such a well-known local brand that is all about entertainment, fun, and giving back to our community.”
The Sycuan Casino was updated through a $260m expansion in 2019. It offers 50 gaming tables and 2,800 reel and video slots. It has a range of Asian games and its own app.
Sycuan Casino in San Diego donates $175,000 to charity
In December, Sycuan Casino Resort, in San Diego, held its Annual Holiday Gift Giving Ceremony, at which it presented a total of $175,000 to 25 different charities. Each December, members of the Sycuan Tribal Council and leadership team select a charity to support on behalf of Sycuan. This was its 15th Holiday Gift Giving Ceremony.
