The Swedish company Svenska Spel has made a new appointment and named Carolina Swaffer to a new senior role.
Sweden.- Svenska Spel has announced that it appointed Carolina Swaffer as Head of Agents & Customer and Partner Services at Svenska Spel. The service is brand new and Carolina Swaffer will be a member of Group Management and report directly to the CEO.
Swaffer is the former Head of Communication Services Sweden at Postnord and takes up her new position at Svenska Spel on June 1, 2019. She will be responsible for the Svenska Spel group’s work with more than 6,500 agents and partners across the country and service to the group’s 2.1 million customers.

Earlier this year, Sweden debuted its new re-regulated market. Along with that change, Svenska Spel made a major transition last year and divided into three business areas. Customer and Partner service provides support to all three business areas.
