New casinos to open on Cotai Strip
Despite stricter regulations, a number of casinos are expected to open their doors Cotai Strip in the near future.
Macau.- Even after the intensified anti-corruption campaign and the quick decrease in revenue over the last two years, three luxurious casino resorts are will open on Macau’s Cotai Strip.
Stephen Hung’s Louis XIII is expected to welcome its first visitors this summer. The US$ 1 billion property will host a casino as well as private gourmet restaurants, luxurious hotel rooms, invitation-only boutiques.
The Parisian Macao is expected to open in the second half of 2016. This complex is a venture of Las Vegas Sands and its subsidiary Sands China. The resort will be French-themed, featuring a plethora of gambling, dining and entertaining facilities.
The opening of MGM Cotai is expected in the fourth quarter of 2016. The property, which has already been dubbed as the “jewellery box” on the Cotai Strip, will provide innovative entertainment options and will surely become an appealing spot for both mass market customers and high rollers.
