ITL to preview next-generation products at NRF 2019

The company is set to exhibit its next-generation of retail and smart safe products at NRF 2019, which will take place in New York City in January.

US.- Innovative Technology has announced that it will be exhibiting at NRF on January 13-15, 2019, at the Javits Convention Center in New York City. NRF – Retail’s Big Show, is organised by the National Retail Federation (NRF), who are the world’s largest retail trade association.

The US arm of Innovative Technology will also have SafeCash Collect on the booth. Rebecca said: “This utilises the NV200 Spectral bill acceptor to authenticate, count and store cash and is an ideal product for the retail market as it eliminates shrinkage, reduces cash in transit (CIT) collection costs and maximises cash handling efficiency. This closed-loop cash management solution brings real benefits to the industry in terms of reducing risk and fraud and helping retailers eliminate shrinkage. The tamper evident cashbags each have a unique barcode for traceability, identification and tracking purposes and when used in conjunction with Live Collect, a full audit trail is available linking multiple machines for further efficiencies.

Security is a major part of product development at ITL. They will be showcasing their Spectral technology found in both the NV200 Spectral and NV9 Spectral bill validators at NRF. Spectral sensors are used in both these units providing high resolution imaging to authenticate the validity of bills. Plus, optical and mechanical anti-stringing technology delivers outstanding fraud protection. Spectral validators have an advanced level of fraud detection, high acceptance rates and are modular in design – all essential benefits for the retailer.
