ITL shows EAG visitors how to revolutionise collection routines

The international event took place on January 15-17 at ExCeL in London, UK.

UK.- EAG 2019 was deemed an overall success last week in London for Innovative Technology who reported a steady stream of visitors to the stand to see the company’s Live Ticket, Live Collect solutions and ReelPay – their new mobile payment app.

Live Collect was officially launched to the gaming industry at the show with the aim of revolutionising collection routines for Operators. Live Ticket was also showcased on the stand as a retrofit solution for Operators intending to implement a TITO system within their business.

Andy Bullock, Senior Business Development Manager, commented, “We had a great show at EAG 2019 and had some positive conversations with both new and existing customers wanting to upgrade or add to their already established ITL products. Live Collect was officially launched following successful closed trials. This system enables operators to optimise cash handling and revolutionise collection efficiency. Using both the SMART Coin System (SCS) and NV11, cash levels in the validator cashbox, hopper and recycler are visible in real time and can be used to schedule more efficient collection & refill visits. From the online portal customers can access real-time data and detailed status reports across multiple sites, provides full machine audit traceability and significantly reducing collection times even further.

Andy continued: “As part of our strategy to ensure we give customers greater convenience and choice, we have responded to the rise in cashless gaming by creating ReelPay; a new, secure app which allows customers to transfer funds to enabled gaming machines using their mobile. Used in conjunction with Live Collect it allows Operators to give their customers a convenient cashless payment option. This created significant interest on the stand as the app allows players to set their own limits and deposit funds securely using a debit card – ideal forcustomers who do not carry cash.”

ICU was also previewed on the stand. This brand-new age verification device automates the policy for controlling access to age restricted purchases and premises. Using intelligent biometric algorithms; ICU verifies age for the purchase of restricted products or over 18 premises such as Adult Gaming Centres. ITL have ensured that ICU uses the latest 3D anti-fraud system to prevent spoofing attacks. The 3D system allows the unit to distinguish beena picture and the real person’s face, providing reassurance to customers and preventing spoof attacks.

Andy concluded, “Live Ticket also proved popular on the stand again this year. Using the NV12, this low-cost retrofit solution maximizes revenues and gives a full machine audit of cash and TITO transactions as standard. And as always, our Spectral products – NV200 Spectral and NV9 Spectral – were a hit with their outstanding level of note validation and fraud protection. Our thanks to all who came to see us on the stand, we look forward to seeing you at ICE.”
