iGaming companies struggle with fraud

A new survey revealed that 94 percent of iGaming companies have problems with fraud.

UK.- Research department of CasExe, a gaming software developer, conducted a survey that determined that 94 percent of gaming companies struggle with fraud regularly. The survey that took place from June to July 2017 had the participation of 50 gambling companies that operate in the CIS and European countries, Intergame Online reported.

As the survey said, most of the online gaming business owners are concerned over bonuses, as they believe that they take advantage of incentives that are designed to attract new players in order to increase profit from all the promotions available. Approximately 85 of operators indicated this type of fraudulent activity.

Moreover, 82 percent of them are not happy with payment systems integrated into their online casino businesses, as regional payment restrictions are named by most of the companies surveyed.

Furthermore, the research department determined that 19 percent of the operators reported failure or delays on regular payment software, the news outlet reported, and a similar number that denounced problems with platform providers for online casinos.
