Holland Casino improves marketing campaigns
The gambling monopoly from the Netherlands, Holland Casino, has announced a new marketing deal with Selligent to improve its strategy.
Netherlands.- Holland Casino is set to improve its marketing campaigns through a new deal with Selligent Marketing Cloud. The gambling monopoly from the Netherlands has announced a new deal to create personalised omnichannel campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
The partnership between Selligent and Holland Casino will power the latter’s campaigns in order to understand and reach customers in new and innovative ways. The company currently has 14 casinos throughout the country, where it welcomes more than a million visitors each year.
Holland Casino said that it was looking for a marketing platform that would allow them to better understand their visitors’ behaviours to deliver more personalised offers, including free drinks or vouchers for dining and future visits.
