GVC Group chose Optimove marketing service
The two gaming brands joined forces during the World Gaming Executive Summit in Barcelona.
Spain.- GVC Holdings, owner of leading gaming brands such as SportingBet, CasinoClub and bwin.party, selected Optimove as its Enterprise Customer Marketing Vendor during the World Gaming Executive Summit in Barcelona. Optimove, provider of Customer Marketing Cloud, had worked for GVC’s brands previously.
GVC Group announced the incorporation of Optimove’s CMC across all its properties world-wide, following the great success achieved using the solution within a number of its individual brands. Optimove enables GVC’s various CRM and marketing operations to consolidate, manage and automate multi-channel customer marketing based on predictive customer modeling technologies. Optimove automatically personalises, executes and optimises a complete framework of customer-data-driven campaigns, resulting in increased player spend and engagement, alongside reduced churn.
