“Our goal for 2020 is to actively establish our presence in emerging markets”
(Exclusive interview).- Max Dubossarsky, COO at Betinvest, talked to Focus Gaming News about the upcoming ICE London 2020, which starts tomorrow.
Everything is set for the gaming industry to enjoy the biggest ICE London to date. The 2020 edition of this expo promises to be the most innovative, most important ever, and companies are ready to shine.

What are the expectations for the new year in terms of company revenue?
Every year we analyse what we achieved the previous year – to what extent did our achievements correspond with our plans and expectations? We look at the figures and try to define new financial goals.
We predict that 2020 will be a year of expansion for our company – while our main focus in 2019 was on studying emerging markets, our goal for 2020 is to actively establish our presence in those markets.

What’s more, as our company develops, our product range expands, and our client base increases – and, correspondingly, so does our number of staff – we’re striving to streamline and perfect our internal processes. In our line of work, being able to react quickly to market demands, shifting client needs and the rapidly changing world around us is key, so having efficient internal processes is especially important to ensure that all of this is possible.
Going forward, esports is a priority for us when it comes to continuing development. In 2019, we hand-picked a team of specialists – not only are they esports experts with the know-how to calculate odds, but they have also all been somehow connected to this industry for many years. Over the next year, we will be working to further improve and expand our esports department and products.
As well as this, 2020 will see the launch of the special We are Betinvest project on social media. It’s completely non-commercial: we want to look in detail at the qualities that these people have and their input into making such a complex product line successful.
What is Betinvest preparing for ICE 2020? How will this event boost the company’s goals?
This year, visitors will be able to find us at stand S2-324 where we’ll be unveiling our latest product: Online Slot Games with an in-built VR option. There will be a range of devices available at the exhibition for visitors to test this new product for themselves using a VR headset. Despite all the work we’ve put into our new products, we’ve by no means neglected our core sports betting products – we’ve got plenty of new features for visitors to explore and they’ll also have the opportunity to try out our terminals. What’s more, we’ll have an exclusive offer for exhibition attendees on any Betinvest product: Sportsbook, eSports, Online Platform, Terminal and Lottery solutions, Virtual and Slot games.
Since 2020 is going to be the year we focus on actively building a presence for ourselves in emerging markets, we hope to make both our time-tested and newly released products and solutions available to new operators and players.
As Betinvest is truly client-centred, what are the highlights of interacting with them at the show?
In line with our key priority of maintaining a client-centric approach, we are always looking for new ways to provide our sports betting solutions. Our expertise and years of experience in the betting industry play vital roles when it comes to our products and the relationships we have with our clients. Our stand at ICE London 2020 has been constructed so that our clients and partners, as well as all our visitors, feel comfortable. It’s divided into a number of zones in which people can have one-to-one conversations with our company representatives, try out our terminals, soak up the atmosphere of a real casino thanks to our online slot games with in-built VR technology, and find out more about our products and solutions.

Can you share some details about Betinvest’s brand new products that you will be introducing at ICE?
Having listened to our players’ requests and studied key gaming industry trends, we’ve developed in-house online slot games which feature in-built web-based VR technology. These will be available alongside the third-party product range we already offer. Our high-tech games are based on unique mathematical models. We provide operators with a product which has a user-friendly interface and is compliant with responsible gaming laws.
