AGE updates event’s schedule
Organisers released the seminar program to run over two days at the Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE).
Australia.- Today the organisers of the Australasian Gaming Expo announced a program of complimentary seminars that will be run over the course of the first two days of AGE 2017. Seminar places are limited, so registration is essential and it’s available as part of the visitor registration process. The acclaimed event will be held from August 15-16 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre in Australia.
Covering topics as diverse as the future of Casinos in Asia, (where at least 15 new integrated resort casino developments are likely to open in the next 5 years) to a review of current and future trends for venues, there is something for every attendee.
One of the most significant seminars will be at 9am on August 16, when financial commentator Michael Pascoe will chair a panel of Global CEOs from the gaming industry. Panellists include Danny Gladstone (CEO/Executive Director, Ainsworth Game Technology), Derik Mooberry (Group Chief Executive, Scientific Games), John Connelly (Global CEO, Interblock Gaming), Steve Sutherland (President/CEO, Konami Gaming Inc.), Trevor Croker (CEO & Managing Director, Aristocrat Technologies) and Walter Bugno (Chief Executive Officer, IGT International).

On Tuesday 15, the event will receive at 12:00 all participants of the seminars. The schedule will begin with a panel about current and future trends; what these mean for the future of hospitality venues. From 1:00pm to 2:00pm, experts will share an overview of domestic and international gambling research and its implications.
The next seminar (2:00 pm to 3:00 pm) will be about casinos, 15 or more new Integrated Resort Developments are likely to open in the Asia-Pacific region in the next 5 years. From 3:00pm to 4:00pm, experts will discuss technology – Key technology issues and trends; how they will impact on the industry.
