US.- Casinos in the United States continue to ease Covid-19 restrictions after a strong vaccination campaign has seen a decline in Covid-19 cases.

Seminole Hard Rock and Casino Tampa is the last casino in the Tampa Bay area to announce that the use of masks is now optional inside the venue. The measure has been lifted immediately.

According to the casino authorities, the change was decided based on the latest guidance from the CDC. It follows similar moves by area businesses as the vaccination rate increases and the infection rate declines.

Other safety measures remain in place, such as Plexiglas dividers to separate players from each other and from team members in some areas. Casino air passes through a high-quality air filtration system.

Other businesses to remove mask mandates include Publix and the Tampa Bay Rays.
