Russia.- Since the official opening of Tigre de Cristal casino in October 2015, Russian government perceived $500 million rubles (US$8 million) in tax revenues and payments to extra-budgetary funds. The biggest casino of the country was integrated into the Primorye entertainment resort in the Russian Far East.

The organisation also said that over 190,000 guests have visited the hotel-casino compound since the beginning of 2016,” expressed a statement issued by the regional administration.

Tigre de Cristal is a joint project installed by Malaysian company NagaCorp Ltd., Royal Time Primorye and Diamond Fortune Holdings Prim in the tourist zone of Primorye. The Russian city is one of the several exclusive gambling centres authorised by the national government. International operators expressed their interest in developing the city with the construction of four 5-star, seven 4-star and four 3-star hotels. Furthermore, Primorye would allow the operation of 12 guest villas, a yacht club, a multi-functional trade and exhibition centre, several movie theatres, a beach promenade and other tourist facilities.

However, Tigre de Cristal still remains as the first tourist attraction of the gambling city.
