The Summit will offer an extensive educational program and a trade show floor with the latest technological services and products.
Canada.- The Canadian Gaming Summit is ready for next Monday’s inaugural day at Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau city and at the Convention Centre in Ottawa. The event, co-owned and produced by the Canadian Gaming Association –CGA– and MediaEdge Communications, will receive regional gaming professionals representing all sectors for three days.
Both places will present industry-specific conference streams, interactive networking events, a charity reception and unique opportunities to interact and share ideas with the Lottery and gaming corporations, casinos and racetracks, charitable gaming and bingo, first nations, elected officials, gaming regulatory agencies, among others. Furthermore, organisers will share the results of the annual awards. Participants will also enjoy parties, exhibit floor luncheons and various receptions.
Gaming representatives will showcase and launch new products and services and will be able to have one-on-one conversations with current and prospective clients, to generate sales and to close business deals.
“The summit is all about information and education, with the emphasis on how it all relates to the Canadian gaming scene. You can see that we literally “cover the waterfront” with education tracks that include lottery, charitable gaming, food and beverage, iGaming, marketing and communications, legal and regulatory, responsible gaming, security and surveillance, property operations, business and finance, and human resources. When you add the depth and breadth of products and services showcased on the exhibit floor and the multiple formal and informal networking opportunities it’s very apparent that the Summit is where the Canadian gaming industry meets and is the must-attend event for gaming professionals,” explained Bill Rutsey, President and CEO of the Canadian Gaming Association, to Focus Gaming News in an exclusive interview.
