Mobile gambling by Wynn

The new app won’t arrive on time for the Super Bowl on February 7th.

US.- A new sport-betting app for mobiles is soon to be launched while Nevada is still regularising the online gambling market. Wynn Las Vegas is about to be major competitor of Boyd Gaming and William Hill, two companies that offer the same service in the state. The upcoming product is expected to be released between the last two weeks of February.

“We’ll offer everything that we offer in the book, including horse-racing futures. It’s pretty much the sportsbook in your pocket,” Wynn executive,  John Avello, announced to Legal Sports Report. Next important sports events, such as Kentucky Derby in May or the basketball tournament of NCAA, March Madness, could be the great start for Wynn’s project.

Players from all over the country could bet through mobile app as long as they are located in Nevada while playing. The winning money, as well as the bet money, has to be picked up or sent to the company building in the state. Wynn, renown casino operator, was interested in venturing into online poker suppliers, but quit right after a try with PokerStars. Now, the direction is pointing at mobile market, which the company affirms it is very different from online gaming.
