Clarion Events joins GamCrowd’s conference
The conference will take place during the London Technology Week at the Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square.
UK.- Clarion Events, famous organisers of ICE Totally Gaming and Juegos Miami, announced its latest partnership with GamCrowd to become the Official Start-up associate of the planned one-day conference. Jo Mayer, marketing director of Clarion Events, expressed: “We are delighted to be partnering with GamCrowd who we already work successfully with across a number of our events including ICE Totally Gaming, EiG and GiGse running features dedicated to start-ups and entrepreneurs.”
GamCrowd’s one-day conference will be held on June 21st during the London Technology Week at the Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square. The event aims at debating about the dynamic in the gambling tech scene and its innovative technology environment, providing a deeper understanding of the sector for people from inside and outside the industry.
“There is extensive innovation within the gambling industry – new companies, new ideas, new products and new perspectives – which is highlighted at the Pitch ICE feature taking place at ICE Totally Gaming where 20 start-ups are given a platform to present their ideas and innovations. We welcome any opportunity to be involved in initiatives which showcase how the gambling sector is leading the way,” added Jo Mayer.
This conference is the first opportunity to add gambling industry in the London Technology Week. Chris North, chief executive of GamCrowd, concluded: “Having been involved in the London tech scene for some years now I noticed a lack of knowledge about the gambling industry amongst other sectors. Our one-day conference is about starting that conversation and is aimed at people from all sectors. We need to do a better job at promoting what a great sector we are so we can attract different ideas from other sectors and show the best tech and creative talent what they are missing. We are pleased to be continuing our established relationship with Clarion Events.”
