Casino Cosmopol achieves ECA certification
The Swedish casino has received the certification after an independent audit by G4.
Sweden.- Casino Cosmopol has revealed that it achieved the certification from ECA Responsible Gambling Framework. The Swedish facility obtained the certification after an independent audit carried out by the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4).
The ECA certification establishes that the state-owned facility acts according the latest standards introduced by the local gambling regulator for land-based casinos in responsible gambling, which were updated at the beginning of the year.
CEO of Casino Cosmopol and Chairman of ECA, Per Jal-Dung, said: “Our aim is to promote healthy gambling and a safe market in which our customers can enjoy the great offer we provide across our four casinos. For this to be successful, Responsible Gambling has to be the centre-point of all our actions and we were therefore eager to have this commitment put to the test through certification under the ECA Responsible Gambling Framework.”
“The audit showed the strong involvement of all employees of Casino Cosmopol in the Responsible Gambling programme, which is exemplary and an important aspect to taking the issue seriously,” commented Ynze Remmers, the lead auditor who oversaw the audit.
