The Star Gold Coast to develop new hotel tower
The Australian company has revealed plans to build a second tower at the complex located on the Gold Coast.
Australia.- The Star Entertainment Group has announced plans to develop a new hotel tower on the Gold Coast with an investment calculated in AU$400m (US$310m).
It will be the second tower to be built as part of the company’s AU$2bn (US$1.55bn) Gold Coast Masterplan for The Star Gold Coast complex. It expected to be completed in 2024.
The new hotel tower will feature 210 five-star hotel rooms plus 457 apartments over 63 storeys. The hotel to be operated by an internationally recognised hotel brand, which has not yet been decided.

Once completed, the hotel will span 14 levels above a six-level podium featuring retail and other integrated resort offerings including a luxurious day spa and wellness centre, food and beverages, and a range of speciality lifestyle services.
