Ireland proposed new casino

A formal proposal has been made to develop a casino in Tullamore.

Ireland.- According to local authorities, a proposal has been made along with the Offaly County Council to build a casino in the area. The original plan consists of building an 86 room hotel in Tullamore’s centre at Water Lane and Distillery Lane

The businessman behind the Bridge House Hotel Spa and Leisure Club in Tullamore, Patrick Leneghan, said that his intention was submitting a formal application for the proposed development. The project would redevelop the Malt Kiln and Malt House.

Along with the casino, the proposal also includes an hotel, three retail units, a restaurant, a bad, a conference center, and a bridge which is set to link the hotel with the Bridge House Hotel. The Republic of Ireland is one of the countries from the Islands that currently offer gambling services.
