Switzerland blacklists another 36 igaming domains

The latest additions include Arsenal FC’s official betting partner Sportsbet.io.

Switzerland.- Another 36 online gambling domains have been blacklisted in Switzerland, bringing the total number of igaming sites banned to 142.

The latest additions include Coingaming Group’s Sportsbet.io, the current official betting partner of English Premiership side Arsenal FC.

The sites must be blocked by Swiss telecommunications service providers on the orders of regulator Eidgenössische Spielbankenkommission (ESBK).

Sportsbet.io partnered with Arsenal last month and will also be a shirt sponsor of Southampton FC for the current football season. It launched in the UK under a white label licence from TGP Europe last year.

It is operated by Estonia-based Coingaming Group, whose bitcasino.io site was already blocked in Switzerland in August.

Other new additions to the blacklist include Bc.game, Allrightcasino.com and Campobet.com.
