PGCB postpones public hearing for Parx licence renewal
The board was supposed to discuss the licence on Tuesday but postponed the meeting to February 28.
US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) revealed that it postponed the public hearing on the renewal of the Category 1 Slot Machine Operator’s licence for Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc., operator of the Parx Casino to February 28.
The hearing, which was postponed due to poor weather, will remain at 10 am at the Bensalem Township Municipal Building. The board also announced that deadlines to sign up to present oral comment at the hearing or to provide written comment prior to the hearing will be extended until Wednesday, February 27.
The licence in question is a Category 1 Slot Machine Operator one for Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc., operator of the Parx Casino in Bucks County. The PGCB will also hold a separate public hearing in Harrisburg at a later date where Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc. representatives will offer oral arguments and Board members can ask additional questions.
