Malta suspends gaming licence

The gambling regulator has suspended Wish Me Luck Ltd’s gaming licence indefinitely.

Malta.- The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has announced that it notified Wish Me Luck Ltd that its gaming licence has been suspended. The company was notified on April 24 that all its operations would be ceased indefinitely.

MGA revealed that the company’s operations were indefinitely suspended and that it cannot register new players or accept any deposits on the licence. It also has to submit all data and documentation requested by the authority.

“Furthermore the Authority hereby notifies that any websites operated by Wish Me Luck Ltd, or associated with Wish Me Luck Ltd, and which make reference to the Authority or the above-quoted licence is not approved to be operational by the MGA,” said the watchdog from Malta after it suspended the licence.

“Due to the suspension of the licence, Wish Me Luck Ltd is therefore not authorised to continue conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an Authority licence,” added MGA.
