Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe launch vaccination incentives for staff
The casino operator has announced it is launching a prize draw in order to encourage employees to get vaccinated.
US.- Hard Rock International and the Seminole Gaming tribe are holding a vaccination incentive programme for employees.
Following the lotteries launched in several states, such as Ohio, California and Washington, the casino operators will encourage staff to get vaccinated with prize draws. The programme offers prizes such as a 2021 Jeep Cherokee, and cash rewards worth $10,000 and $5,000.
All team members can claim a $50 gift card once they have been fully vaccinated and shown their Covid-19 vaccination card to their human resources department. They will then automatically be entered into the prize draw to be held on October 31.
According to the company, it has made “aggressive efforts to vaccinate team members,” including providing shots at workplaces and offering flexible rules to encourage off-site vaccinations.
The companies employ around 21,000 team members across the US. The prize draws are open to all full-time and part-time members of company-owned or managed Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming venues across the US. This includes hotels, restaurants, casinos and corporate offices.
