Greektown Casino starts transition
The transition from Greektown Casino Hotel to JACK Detroit Casino-Hotel is set to be completed on May 1, 2018.
US.- JACK Entertainment LLC revealed that Greektown Casino Hotel’s transition to JACK Detroit Casino-Hotel has started and will be completed on May 1, 2018. The transition is set to coincide with the opening of the facility’s new entertainment and dining experiences.
The process to transition the facilities began earlier this summer as JACK Ent installed the 1500 unit state of the art exterior and interior signage package to showcase the brand. Matt Cullen, chief executive officer, JACK Entertainment, said: “Detroit is JACK’s hometown and we want to make a big splash with our new brand and the casino’s dramatically expanded new dining and entertainment offerings. Our entire team is eager to introduce all that’s new to the city and our guests.”
The casino will also add new entertainment experiences, as well as a total revamp to transform the former Market District into Monroe Market. The new dining destination will feature six new-fast casual eateries in a contemporary setting.
