Bay 101 Casino opens today in San Jose
The Californian casino that moved across the highway is set to open its doors today with a brand new facility.
US.- Bay 101 Casino will host its grand opening today with special entertainment and giveaways. The gambling facility, which is one of the area’s most popular destinations for table games moved across the highway to feature more space.
Vincent Shaw, general manager of Bay 101 said: “The wait is over. We are excited to welcome everyone to our new casino.” The new building of the casino that initially opened in 1994 is expected to feature new architecture and more dining options. The facility is 73.000 square feet and cost US$54 million to build, casino spokesman Rich Alvari said.
As local media reported, the new facility is located less than a mile from San Jose’s airport and down the street from its main competitor Casino M8trix. The facility offers 49 tables with pai now poker, EZ baccarat, Texas hold-em and blackjack. The casino doesn’t have slots as state laws regulating cardrooms establish that only Indian casinos in the state are allowed to offer games of chance.
“We’re confident our patrons will enjoy the casino’s contemporary design, high-tech amenities and easily accessible parking options. Our goal is to ensure a first-class experience for our guests,” said Shaw.
