Matteo Dimatteo, Mondogaming: “We are trying to expand in the European continent and more in South America”
Matteo Dimatteo, Owner of Mondogaming, a software provider for sportsbook platforms, sat down with Focus Gaming News for an exclusive interview to tell us about Mondogaming’s products and services, its plans for SiGMA 2021.
Exclusive interview.- Mondogaming LTD is a software provider for sportsbook platforms, already present in Africa, South America and Europe and is in continuous growth.
Matteo Dimatteo, Owner of Mondogaming, spoke with Focus Gaming News to talk about the plans of the company to continue expanding, the evolving role of the African and South American markets and the company’s attendance at SiGMA Europe, the annual iGaming conference in Malta.
Can you tell us a bit about Mondogaming’s origins and development?
It all started in 2006, we opened a betting agency in close contact with the customer, in 2008 we became a bookmaker and for another four years we continued to navigate the world of betting, acquiring more and more experience in the sector, thanks also to all the acquired knowledge and the apprenticeship made the idea of becoming a sportsbook provider was born, we take time and resources to look for a nice team of expert programmers, and thanks to their commitment and work we begin to create what then became our sports betting software.
What software solutions does Mondogaming currently offer?
Mondogaming currently offers three types of solutions:
WHITE LABEL: we provide all the services, and we take care of managing everything, that you may have problems;
TURNKEY: we provide all the services, and the customer manages all the rest;
HALF-WAY: we provide all the services, and then we agree with the client on what both parties will have to manage (for example, in case you are already a bookmaker and you will need the software from us or just the management of some specific services, the customer will then take care of everything else;)
What markets is the company strongest in at the moment, and where are you looking for expansion?
Currently, the markets in which we are strongest are Africa and we are expanding in South America, at the same time we are trying to expand in the European continent and more and more in South America by acquiring new markets.
What can we expect to see from the company over the next year?
The company will certainly have many changes over the next year, one of which and among the most important will be the acquisition of new service provider licenses to work in markets such as Italy, Spain, Malta, Romania, in order to supply more and more solutions for B2C bookmakers, there will also be the launch of our Ico and Stablecoin linked to the dollar value, and the launch of our Mondocoin exchange portal on which our other cryptocurrencies will circulate.
Mondogaming’s soon to launch a cryptocurrency exchange. How does that fit into the company’s strategy, and how do you see the future relationship between gaming and crypto?
The world of cryptocurrency is currently in continuous expansion, not everyone knows it yet and not everyone still knows how to use it, few believe it and few invest, but we with our company are focusing precisely on what we consider instead of the future.

Our project is to integrate this world with the world of betting, create a unique platform through which the user can bet using cryptocurrency, can ask for loans, can do online trading and can use services as their own virtual bank. The investment is very high but we firmly believe in what we do and we are sure that crypto and gaming will be a perfect mix for the future.
How is Mondgaming preparing for SiGMA 2021? What do you expect to find at the expo and what does it mean to meet your partners in person after the pandemic?
For the fair to be held in November we are preparing all our exhibition material, videos, brochures and other material that we will distribute to make our product more known.

For us, meeting our partners in person is a very important thing because fairs are an excellent channel for both advertising and the possibility to meet new customers and expand our sector with increasingly advanced solutions to satisfy our customers at the better.
Will Mondogaming introduce any new innovative content at SiGMA 2021?
The contents that we will introduce to sigma are our most technological solutions that have changed over time, all the improvements made to our software and above all the new idea of launching our cryptocurrency the Mondocoin, soon we will also design our exchange portal on which the whole Crypto circuit will run.
And we will be happy to present it at the fair to our existing and potential customers.
