Entain appoints Neverland to rekindle Gala Bingo brand
Neverland has been appointed as the lead creative agency to revamp Gala Bingo’s image.
UK.- The gaming giant Entain has brought in the creative agency Neverland to revamp the image of its Gala Bingo brand. Neverland has been hired to “re-establish Gala’s iconic brand with UK audiences”.
The London-based agency inherits the £13m advertising account from Antidote.
It already works with Entain having become Ladbrokes’ lead creative agency in 2020. That role saw it revamp Ladbrokes’ marketing with the “Million Drummer” campaign during Euro 2020 and the “Balloon” campaign for Ladbrokes Casino, which featured a film of an epic game of balloon keepy-uppy.
Neverland co-founder Simon Massey said: “We’re gonna bring bingo back with a bounce of fun to Britain.”
Sara Jolly, Gala Bingo’s head of brand, said: “I am stoked to be working with Neverland, the agency is the perfect combination; powerful strategic thinking which delivers creative that knocks it out of the park.”
Meanwhile, Entain has announced a £100m investment in a new innovation hub dubbed Ennovate. The hub will investigate emerging areas as the FTSE100 gaming operator seeks to become a “global leader in innovative entertainment”.
