RWS among places visited by Covid-19 cases

Genting Singapore’s Resorts World Sentosa was mentioned by three coronavirus patients.

Singapore.- Resorts World Sentosa was added this week to the list of places visited by people with Covid-19 during the time they were sick.

Singapore’s Ministry of Health said the casino owned by Genting Singapore, which was recently allowed to reopen, was mentioned at least three times by people with positive test results.

The ministry revealed a list of places most visited by people who were infected in order to try to trace people who were in close contact with those infected to let them know the situation and check their symptoms.

The list includes shopping malls and other entertainment complexes.

Channel News Asia says the Ministry has confirmed there’s no need for the public to avoid the places mentioned in the list.

Singapore has reported over 47,126 Covid-19 cases so far.
