Macau.- Three hotels have been removed from the list of properties being used as quarantine facilities and will reopen to the public after disinfection and cleaning.

This includes the Grand Lapa, Grand Harbour Hotel and Royal Dragon Hotel, with just four properties now being used to quarantine those arriving in Macau.

The four hotels that are still in use as quarantine venues in the fight against Coronavirus are the Sheraton Grand Macao, Pousada Marina Infante Hotel, Golden Crown China Hotel and Jai Alai Hotel.

According to Inside Asian Gaming, the Macau Government Tourism Office (MGTO) said it expects more hotels to be removed from the quarantine venue list in the coming days.

However, the government will also reserve a few hotels for future use in case they are required. Officials have not yet revealed which hotels will be reserved.
