Donaco names new directors amid ongoing management shakeup

Leo Chan and Kurkye Wong join Australian gambling operator from investment firm Argyle Street Management.

Australia.- Gaming operator Donaco International has appointed Leo Chan and Kurkye Wong as executive directors as it continues to shake up its senior management team and board.

Chan was executive director of Argyle Street Management, an institutional investment firm, and has more than thirteen years’ experience in making and managing investments throughout Asia.

Kurkye Wong is vice-president of Argyle Street Management and previously worked at KPMG and FTI Consulting in Hong Kong.

“They [Chan and Wong] will work on legal, operational and financial matters for the company, including corporate activity and strategic projects, as well as investor relations matters”, Donaco said in a statement.

Donaco has made several changes to its board members and senior managers team following its annual general meeting in late November.
