Donaco’s CEO resigns after 6 months
The Company informed that Paul Aurbuckle steps down in a statement delivered to the Australian Securities Exchange.
Australia.- Donaco International Ltd., informed today of the resignation of its CEO, Paul Aurbuckle, in a statement delivered to the Australian Securities Exchange. Paul Arbuckle began his activities as Chief Executive of the boutique casino operator last June. It is expected he gave up next year.
“Pursuant to his employment contract, Mr Arbuckle has provided six months’ notice, and accordingly his final day with the company is expected to be June 4, 2020,” explains the filing.
The document does not give information about the reasons for the resignation but quoted the board of the firm stating that Mr Arbuckle had “made a significant contribution to improving the operations of Donaco since joining as CEO in June 2019”.
“The board will now commence an executive search process to replace Paul as CEO, and we appreciate his willingness to continue to assist the company during this transition period”, added. Also, there is a comment of Mr. Arbuckle, where que says he has enjoyed his time as the head of Donaco: ”I wish the company all the best for the future”.
Donaco runs luxurious venues like Star Vegas Resort and Club, in Poipet, Cambodia, and the Aristo International Hotel and casino in Vietnam.
