William Hill will offer Betfect’s platform
Major British operator will provide Betfect’s sports betting services during the Euro 2016 and the Copa America.
UK.- Major football competitions of the year, Copa America and Euro 2016, are great incentives to improve on sports betting services for the international demands. William Hill announced yesterday its recent partnership with Betfect, the future platform of technological gaming services for the sports sector.
“We are delighted to be the first social sports betting application to seamlessly integrate with both Ladbrokes and William Hill’s APIs to provide an enhanced betting experience for our users. We aim to socialise the digital betting experience and do for the betting industry what eToro is doing for financial trading markets,” expressed Giacomo Alpago, founder of Betfect. And he added: “It is a major coup for Betfect that major operators like William Hill and Ladbrokes are keen to work with us to drive innovation in this sector in order to give punters the best betting experience possible.”
The sports betting social network will be added to the application program interface to provide top-tier services during relevant international sports competitions. Betfect is easy to handle for players, who can also share their bets with other gambling customers through the social network. Furthermore, the platform offers a leaderboard to show its members’ most successful wager, as well as attractive promotions such as free bets and sporting event tickets.
Alex Rutherford, head of product innovation at William Hill, concluded: “Creating a social network for the sports betting community, allowing users to stay connected while using our services is a great idea. We are delighted to boost innovation by helping and supporting startups like Betfect to increase the level of engagement amongst our customers and to bring new ideas to market.”
