“We’ll stay aggressive and focused on our products”

(Exclusive interview).- Alfastreet fulfills 2016’s expectations and is ready to conquer a new year of success.

Alfastreet’s Sales Director Albert Radman spoke with Focus Gaming News about this year’s assessment and next year’s opportunities to conquer the international gaming industry. The Royal Derby race machine expansion through worldwide casinos put the company under the spotlight of every major event and Alfastreet is also ready to prove they have achieved the right prestige in the next ICE Totally Gaming 2017. As more operators choose the brand to offer exclusive and luxury casino experiences, Alfastreet is determined to install its top-tier machines in every gaming venue globally.

What were the highlights of 2016?

There are many things to be mentioned here. From the sales perspective, we are more than happy with the sales of our Royal Derby mechanical horse race machine. This machine is new and unique, and even though there were some skeptics doubts about its success, the Royal Derby proved them wrong and is now our top selling game. We’ve already had placements all around the world and we are sure that 2018 will be even better for this beautiful game.

Still, we shouldn’t forget about our other products, mainly the roulette machines. 2016 was exceptional for Alfastreet specifically in Latin America, even more specifically, Argentina, Panama, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay. In all seriousness, we can claim to be the number one roulette product in Latin America.

The newest product of 2016 is our Lucky 8 roulette. This machine is a different looking machine, when compared to the rest of the Alfastreet products. It was designed, to be smaller, more durable and also affordable product. When we launched this product in 2016, we had in mind specific locations where this product would be perfect, and we weren’t wrong. We’re already placing very decent number of these machines around the globe, and Lucky 8 will be one of the main features of our ICE presentation in London.

In 2016 we expanded our development, support and production departments. All this, just so we can keep up with the demand for our products, and also with the goal to stay ahead of our competitors and to minimise any kind of technical issue with our products. The quality is something we don’t take lightly and we’ll invest any resources to maintain our reputation and ‘clean’ record.

Your latest products attracted the interest of visitors at this year’s biggest events. Do you think that the fact of being in touch with the people helped you improve some aspects of your products? Did it help you achieve your goals?

The feedback we get from not only our customers, but also our visitors at the exhibitions, is invaluable to us. We’re not thinking we’re the smartest people in the world. Being present all over world, we are well aware of different ‘rules’ in different markets, yet even after 22 years of gaming business, we still learn every day. We listen carefully and consider every word of advice we receive. We also listen what our competitors have to say. Although we usually hear just some nonsense, but from time to time, we hear something that’s truly worth considering and improving.

We value all the friendships and partnerships that we have and we make sure that our products express the gratitude to all the people that support us.

Are you developing new products for 2017? If so, can you tell us a bit about it?

2017 will be heavy on the development side in Alfastreet. As usually, we need to stay ahead of competition, so we’re not ready to give them heads up on what’s coming up. I can tell you, there’ll be new products, features and services, all in line with Alfastreet’s signature designs and innovative software solutions.

How are you preparing for 2017? What are the company’s plans for next year?

We’ll stay aggressive and focused on our products. In 2017 we’ll have some major expansions, which are now delayed due to the licensing procedures. We still have few markets to conquer and 2017 is the year we’ll be ready to claim this territory. We always look into the future, we plan and we anticipate and we make sure there’s no dull day in the life of Alfastreet.

Year after year Alfastreet has shown a sustained and significant growth. What will be the biggest challenge for 2017?

It’s come to the point where we’re looking for another manufacturing property as it seems we outgrew the one we currently have. Regardless of our success, we always thrive to improve our products and our services. We try to invent and to impress, and every day we improve in any way possible.

We’re growing year on year and we’re more than happy and thankful for all the business we get from around the world. To us, this serves as a recognition of our hard work and our dedication to stay on top of the game for this many years.
